Abstract

The article describes the significant changes in the agricultural sector during the period of Khrushchev's rule in the USSR. A detailed analysis of N.S. Khrushchev's reform is given. The features of the reform under study and its impact on the transformation of public relations in the field of agriculture, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the reform are reflected. The normative legal acts regulating the studied legal relations of that time are investigated. The conclusion is made about the viability and relevance of agrarian reform in the context of liberalization of public relations in 1953–1964.
