Abstract
Introduction. Some provisions of the reports read during the round table “Employment, labor, legal relations”, dedicated to the centenary of the birth of V.N. Skobelkin and held on March 22, 2024 at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, are given. Purpose. Outline the main provisions of the doctrine by V.N. Skobelkin and his scientific school, as well as its significance for the modern transformation of the subject of labor law.
