Abstract

The article presents the typology and characteristics of external and internal barriers that hinder the organization of fundraising activities in educational organizations. The results of an empirical study on the identification of barriers among the heads of preschool educational organizations are analyzed. The authors describe methodological aspects of designing an educational program for professional development of the heads of educational organizations aimed at overcoming barriers to accepting fundraising activities: the development of variable educational routes depending on the severity level of psychological barriers; the use of active social learning methods.
