Функціональна модель інформаційної системи забезпечення космічної ситуаційної обізнаності складових сектору безпеки і оборони держави

Abstract

The functional model of the information system for providing space situational awareness of the state security and defense sector components in terms of development the security and defense capabilities of Ukraine was proposed in the article. This information system proposed as a component of the system for monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, modeling and decision supporting in the national security and defense, which created in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine. The functional model of the information system takes into account the features of the modern development of space technologies in the leading countries of the world, known possibilities of space systems and means of providing information and services, as well as developed methods of evaluation, prevention and neutralization the influence of these systems and facilities on operational (combat, special) capabilities of forces and the means of Ukraine security and defense sector. The context diagram of the information system was presented in the article, its functional decomposition was done and the decomposition diagrams of the main functional block and some subfunctions to level 4 was developed. Further research lines for defining and classification of input data for the information system and the requirements for information sources was proposed.
