Abstract
Case study A clinical case of staged treatment in a child with anisometropic amblyopia and hyperopia combined with divergent strabismus I.L. Kulikova, K.A. Aleksandrova, S.M. Pikusova, A.V. Fyodorov Eye Microsurgery Federal State Institution, Cheboksary Branch, Cheboksary, Russian Federation Postgraduate Doctors’ Training Institute, Cheboksary, Russian Federation A clinical case of a child with anisometropic amblyopia, hypermetropia and divergent strabismus is considered. Clinical and functional results of staged treatment, including refractive laser surgery and surgical correction of strabismus, are presented. This treatment makes it possible to create optimal conditions for the more effective treatment of amblyopia and preservation of orthotropia in children with anisometropic amblyopia, hypermetropia and divergent strabismus.
