Abstract

Organizational culture influences all levels of management and relationships within the workforce, which is especially important in multinational companies or in companies entering foreign markets, where the task of management is not only to build a strong and competitive organizational culture, but also to ensure that it did not conflict with the national cultural specifics of the employees. The essence of managing the organizational culture of an international corporation is to find a balance between the culture and values of the company and the national business culture of the country in which it enters the market.
