Abstract
The report will consider a vernacular museum, which is created and maintained by the efforts of an ordinary person. The empirical basis of the work is the interviews with the founders of small private museums, which include expositions dedicated to Soviet everyday life. The report will examine the impact of the features of the vernacular museum on the knowledge-making process.
