Abstract
This study was carried out children and adolescents(Total=91) who is taking care more than three years at child care centers(N=3) in Pusan. The survey was conducted February in 2007. The results are summarized as follows. PIBW and Rohrer Index of subjects were normal distribution. Nutrient intakes of calcium and Vitamin B2 were lower than those of the Korean recommended dietary allowances (RDAs). Dietary attitude scores was no significant difference between male and female but this value was higher male than female. Dietary self-efficacy scores was no significant difference between male and female but this value was high both male and female. Self-rated health was generally high in all, theas value was signifficantly higher male than female(p.01). There was a signifficant negative(r=-.42, p.01) correlation between the self-rated health and the enterd-age at child care center only male. This study was to investigate the effect factor on self-rated health by multiple linear regression. The results of effect factor on self-rated health was enterd-age at child care center.
