Abstract

The materials presented in the article on the choice of modes and work schedules of labor collectives and each employee individually are not of a rigidly deterministic nature. They are rather close to the area of rational existence of mathematical expectations and to the area of rational existence of satisfactory production modes. A more accurate idea of the optimal labor regimes in relation to each organizational and technological system will require research of colossal volumes and very significant financial costs. A systematic presentation of the real problem as the first step in its solution must be done and can be done already today - even if only on the basis of foreign material. Keywords: AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT, WORK ORGANIZATION, WORK MODE, WORK SCHEDULE, OPERATOR, HUMAN FACTOR, WORK CAPABILITY, FATIGUE, SLEEP
