Abstract
본 연구는 보육교사가 인식한 사회적 지지가 직업행복감과 심리적 소진을 매개로 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향력이 어떠한가를 분석해보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 G도 소재 어린이집의 보육교사 262명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, Hayes(2019)의 PROCESS macro for SPSS Version 3.3을 활용하여 매개모형의 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석결과 보육교사의 직업행복감과 심리적 소진은 사회적 지지와 교사-영유아 상호작용 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 연구결과를 토대로 질 높은 보육서비스의 핵심적 구성요소의 하나인 교사-영유아 상호작용의 질 제고를 위해서는 보육환경 내 사회적 지지체계를 강화하여 사회적 지지원 간의 긍정적 유대관계가 형성될 수 있도록 지원해야하며, 이를 통해 보육교사의 직업행복감을 높이고 심리적 소진을 완화해나가야 함을 논의하였다.
