Abstract
In the article the problems of forming of the system of pislyadiplomnoy education are examined in Military Powers of Ukraine. Existence of courses of in-plant training officers and workers of Military Powers of Ukraine is well-proven, but preparation of scientific and scientifically pedagogical workers in the system of pislyadiplomnoy formation of Military Powers of Ukraine by normative documents not certainly. The possible ways of decision of the noted problems are offered.
