Abstract

The article analyzes the legal status of real estate objects, namely outbuildings located on land plots owned by the state or municipal, the procedure for their legalization, identifies the problems of law enforcement that arise when registering such real estate objects, as well as possible ways to eliminate them. The article uses statistical data on the Ulyanovsk region, as well as the regulatory framework in force in the territory of the specified region.
