The scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical and practical principles, conclusions, and recommendations related to organizing the process of teaching foreign languages to students in a non-linguistic university in a multicultural region. This is based on the integration of an ethnocultural-oriented exercise system into the educational process. As a result of the study, it was found that practical classes in a foreign language in a non-linguistic university have significant opportunities in expanding the educational horizons of students of a non-linguistic university and preparing them for life in a multinational, multilingual, multicultural world.
