Abstract
The article considers the application of and remote sensing of the earth (RS) and geographic information systems (GIS) in the process of digitalization of agriculture in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The question of the level of implementation and effective use of GIS in Kazakhstan and foreign agroenterprises is investigated. The possibilities of geoinformation technologies for the formation of precision farming of high level, with a significant increase in labor productivity are described. The main constraints and possibilities of full realization of GIS potential in agriculture of Kazakhstan are established.
