Brain concussion. Closed blunt chest trauma. Fracture of the IV–VII ribs on the right and left. Bruise of the right and left lungs. Closed comminuted fracture of the left femur in the middle third with displacement. Paresis of the left oculomotor nerve. Traumatic shock of the III degree”.
