Abstract

The article discusses the housing finance systems of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of their structural content, the history of their creation, and the way of formation. Special attention is paid to the role of state influence and methods of providing state support in the housing financing processes. The article also analyzes the direction of state policy and determines the similarities and differences between the systems for solving housing provision in the two countries under consideration based on the commonality of economic and geographical factors and historical features. The research results have a high level of social significance in the context of the current level of housing needs in the two countries under consideration, taking into account the ongoing state reforms in the field of housing provision.
