Abstract
The paper shows the effectiveness of using a universal verified digital twin to study and develop recommendations for choosing the optimal parameters and operating modes of hybrid energy complexes at all stages of the life cycle, which have a heterogeneous composition of generating plants and a high dependence on natural uncertain factors. The proposed methods and the results obtained can be used in solving design problems to justify the parameters of consumer energy supply systems in isolated and hard-to-reach energy regions, as well as in nodes of distributed energy systems
