Abstract
This article is about complex innovative approaches to the learning system of the population in field of life safety. It is proposed to use integrated unified information and communication educational platform for improving remote methods of self-study and involvement to modern specialized practices. The necessity of forming on its basis a comprehensive learning system for population in the subjects of the Russian Federation to provide an opportunity to remote obtain of knowledge is justified. The necessity of extremely early conscious education of preschool and school children for life safety issues is noted. Learning features of elderly in the considered sphere are considered. The mainstream directions of forming a culture of life safety and studying the rules of safe behavior in difficult life situations are proposed.
