Abstract
50 patients were examined to assess the state of the oral mucosa in patients with viral hepatitis B before and after complex treatment. Complex treatment included local dental, etiotropic treatment and topical application of the Brefovil probiotic. After the end of the treatment, there was a significant improvement in the condition of the oral mucosa, with a decrease in pathognomonic symptoms. The hygienic state of the oral cavity according to the OHI-S index also improved after the complex treatment.
