Abstract

Effective enterprise management involves the development of an adaptive personnel management system that takes into account the dependence of the level of satisfaction of employees’ needs and the degree of their productivity. This makes it necessary to consider the “human resource” as a strategic one for specific enterprises, for the stable functioning of national industries, and for the economic stability of the state as a whole. The article considers the features of factorial influence on the level of employee satisfaction, the multidimensional nature of which, including It requires the activation of actions by the management of enterprises in the field of formation of professional development programs for personnel and their business careers. The methodological and instrumental characteristics of employee satisfaction and productivity assessment are presented. The analysis of the generalized assessment of employee satisfaction with working conditions for the period 2020–2023 is carried out. The relationship between the level of employee satisfaction and their level of labor productivity in the field of information technology is reflected.
