Abstract

The article is devoted to reflections on the possible prospects for the development of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form. The author considers key positions, such as the formation of new and development of existing information systems, approaches to legal enforcement of the use of cloud storage as a site for storing and accumulating data within the framework of public services, the creation of protocols and regulations for the use of such information. The author consistently substantiates each of the listed areas, proposes their systematization and further study. A small synthesis of information about the stages of cloud technology formation in Russia and their possible use in the area under consideration is of the greatest interest.
