Abstract

The article justifies the conclusion that the practice of bringing judges to disciplinary liability in the form of early termination of powers only based on results of criminal intelligence and surveillance operations submitted to the judicial community directly by law enforcement authorities does not meet the criterion of legality as such results are verified by procedural means and have no evidentiary value in bringing a person to legal liability.
