Abstract

The research analyzes whether feminine gender-specific job titles can express various negative assessments (humiliation, neglect, etc.) and cause of communicative conflict. It was found out that feminine gender-specific job titles can be widely characterized by certain markedness: from colloquial stylistic markedness to pejorative meaning. The obtained data is planned to be used in the process of compiling an explanatory and discursive dictionary of professions.
