ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ: ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ТА ЗВ’ЯЗОК З ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНИМ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТОМ

Abstract

The current problems of the military state of Ukraine are inherent in the decline of many branches of the economy in most regions, which also concerns the agro-food sector. Positive trends in interrelated industries have also been lost, and the emphasis on socio-economic development, in general, has been shifted. The study aims to determine the features of the process of ensuring the economic security of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions and its connection with technological management. It has been proven that it is expedient in current requirements to ensure the economic security of agrarian enterprises based on the development of technical management components. It was found that due to the long period of martial law, the economy of most agricultural enterprises is unstable, which, in turn, causes insolvency, deterioration of financial indicators, and depletion of own sources of financing. Based on the conducted research, a set of stages for assessing the state of economic security of an agricultural enterprise based on technological management is proposed. Attention is also paid to state-stimulating the creation and development of businesses based on digital technologies. Most often, such tools are reduced to measures of a tax, financial, and legal nature. A direct relationship between the economic security of the agricultural enterprise of Ukraine and its ability to respond to external and internal risks and threats has been revealed. It is noted that technology management provides management not only of the technological development of the enterprise but it also makes appropriate adjustments to the product, financial, digital, and personnel strategy. Thus, the goal of technological management is to solve the systemic tasks of managing an agricultural enterprise based on the use of new information and digital technologies while using all its available strategic resources to ensure and further increase efficiency, as well as create additional value for goods, services, and communication mechanisms.
