Abstract

الملخص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن: 1- التعرف على ان العبء المعرفى منبئ للدافعية للانجاز لدى طلبة الفرقة الاولى. 2- التعرف على ان العبء المعرفى منبئ للتحصيل الدراسى لدى طلبة الفرقة الاولى. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (50) من المراهقين فى المرحلة الجامعية، وذلک من طلاب الفرقة الاولى فى المعهد العالى للعلوم الادارية والتجارة الخارجية، نصفهم ذکور والنصف الاخر اناث. طبق عليهم الاستخبارات المستخدمة فى هذه الدراسة ( اختبار العبء المعرفى واختبار الدافعية للانجاز واختبار التحصيل الدراسى). وتوصل البحث الى النتائج التالية: 1- العب المعرفى منبئ للدافعية للانجاز لطلبة الفرقة الاولى. 2- العبء المعرفى منبئ للتحصيل الدراسى للفرقة الاولى. Abstract: The current research aims at investigate : 1- Recognize that the burden of knowledge is the motivation for the achievement of students in the first division. 2- Recognize that the burden of knowledge is indicated for the academic achievement of students in the first division. The sample of the study consisted of (50) adolescents in the undergraduate stage, from the students of the first division of the Higher Institute of Administrative Sciences and Foreign Trade, half of them males and the other half females. The intelligence used in this study was applied (cognitive burden test, motivation test for achievement, and achievement test). The research reached the following results: 1- play knowledge is a motivation for the achievement of the students of the first band. 2- The cognitive burden is indicated for the academic achievement of the first division.
