Abstract

The purpose of this article was the analysis of some personnel problems during the period of
 structural changes in the outpatient consulting department of a large urban hospital. For the analysis of the statistical
 indicators, the followings methods were used: historical, sociological, statistical, mathematical, regulatory,
 timing method. The results show that the structural changes in the outpatient consulting department will inevitably
 lead to increased staff turnover, to reduce the indicators in staffing levels. This can reduce the quality and
 availability of medical care. Large medical institution is able to rapidly adapt to some transformations due to the
 greater amount of resources and opportunities.
 Conclusion. To improve the quality and accessibility of medical care in conditions of financing deficiency,
 an organization of specialized outpatient care is more appropriate in the outpatient consulting department,
 which is part of a multiprofile hospital.
