This comprehensive expert examination of the facility is based on the results of a construction and technical examination of the volumes and costs of high-quality/low-quality work performed. The purpose of the work was to establish: - the volume of high-quality work performed, taking into account the fact that at the facility, under the current contract, work was performed by other subcontractors for the same types of work; - the volume of poorly performed work; - the cost of high-quality and poorly performed work; - the volume and cost of the material transferred by the customer, for which the contractor has not reported. As a result of the work done, conclusions are drawn: - types and volumes of high-quality work performed, taking into account the fact that at the facility, under the current contract, work was performed by other subcontractors for the same types of work, in accordance with contracts No. SU-0019/P1 dated 05/19/2021 and No. SU-0019/P2 dated 05/19/2021, expert opinion of VKSTE No. 27ST/22-11; - types and volumes of high-quality work performed, in accordance with contracts No. SU-0019/P1 dated 05/19/2021 and No. SU-0019/P2 dated 05/19/2021, expert opinion of VKSTE No. 27ST/22-11; - the cost of high-quality and low-quality work performed in accordance with the contracts: - No. SU-0019/P1 dated 05/19/2021, expert opinion of VKSTE No. 27ST/22-11): high-quality work (accepted works) in the amount of 9,602,937.60 rubles (including 20% VAT); poorly performed works (not accepted works) in the amount of 5,817,418.80 rubles (including VAT 20%). - No. SU-0019/P2 dated 05/19/2021, expert opinion of VKSTE No. 27ST/22-11: high-quality work (accepted works) in the amount of: 83,616,213.60 rubles (including VAT 20%); poorly performed works (not accepted works) in the amount of 4,142,576.40 rubles (including VAT 20%).; - from the submitted set of documents for expert examination, analysis of documents on the production site within the framework of two expert visits, under contracts No. SU-0019/P1 dated 05/19/2021 and No. SU-0019/P2 dated 05/19/2021, the volume and cost of the material transferred by the customer, for which the contractor Mosoblstroykompleks LLC did not report, is 0 rubles 00 kopecks. The material was not transferred by the customer to the contractor.
