Abstract

On the basis of the preliminary investigations on the orthogonal cutting dynamics there is offered and confirmed experimentally a hypothesis on possibility of composite efficient machining with an abrasive tool during drilling, milling and grinding. There are defined rational designs of abrasive tools and optimum machining modes ensuring the growth of productivity and quality of surface layers in polymeric composite parts.
