ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО МИСЛЕННЯ У МАЙБУТНІХ МОЛОДШИХ СПЕЦІАЛІСТІВ – ЖІНОК-ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПРИКОРДОННОЇ СЛУЖБИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Introduction. The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine provides protection and inviolability of the border of independent Ukraine against illegal migration, transnational smuggling and crime. Soldiers of the State Border Service of Ukraine are ready to be the first to take the battle in the attack of foreign invaders. Successful performance of state border protection tasks requires border guards to have professionalism, flexibility and dynamism, because at the time of military service on the state border there are often atypical situations that require a creative and professional solution.Women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, on equal terms with men, perform the functions of protecting the integrity of the state border. The service under difficult conditions is preceded by the training at the Training Center for the retraining of junior specialists of the State Border Service of Ukraine, located in Cherkassy region. It should be noted that during the training of women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the training center, much attention is paid to the creation of a new type of active-creative personality of a female serviceman who has innovative professional thinking and successfully applies it in everyday activities. The basic concept behind the formation of such thinking is the high level of systematization of knowledge, skills and skills of women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.Purpose: to substantiate the psychological features of the formation of professional thinking in future junior specialists – women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.Methods: analysis and synthesis of monographs, dissertations, scientific articles, materials of scientific conferences, psychological-pedagogical, methodological and professional literature on the problem of research.Originalit: psychological peculiarities, principles and approaches to forming the formation of professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine are revealed.Conclusion. Thus, we can determine the studied principles and approaches to the formation and development of professional thinking, the levels and corresponding areas of its improvement, a set of methods and methods for their implementation, psychological factors and patterns of formation of professional thinking of specialists on the basis of level mechanisms of thinking processes and consideration of gender specificity of its components as a basis for systematic complex formation in professional thinking of future junior specialists – women servicemen Ordonnaz Service of Ukraine – a defined value-motivational, conceptual-semantic, operational, regulatory, reflective, evaluative component.Forms and methods of activating the mental activity of women servicemen in professional-military activity and others are among the promising areas of research.
