Abstract

Introduction. Taking into account the peculiarities of the professional activity of junior specialists of the State Border Service of Ukraine, and relying on the research of the professional activity of border guards, we note the important role of forming the professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen in its implementation, since it has certain differences and peculiarities compared to the professions.Purpose: To clarify and specify the essence of the concept of «professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine».Methods. The essence of the term «professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine» is considered based on the application of systematic methodology to professional activity, as a system object, which made it possible to view it in the form of a holistic, complex, multimodal, multilevel multilevel structures that encompass the subject and object of work, which are subsystems of professional activity, are normatively interrelated with socio-technical tasks.Originalit. The essence and features of the concept of "professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen of the State Border Service of Ukraine" are specified and specified.Conclusion. The author specifies the essence of the concept of «professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine», which is a specific type of professional thinking of women servicemen in military and professional activity, the main characteristic of which is the professionalization of thinking, development of professional competence, autonomy, stability, service and integration of lifestyles, social significance and importance for self-improvement toning and the realization of creative opportunities. They respond to direct stressors of the service environment more consistently and delayed in time, use the strategy of finding support for their immediate surroundings, seeking to avoid a stressful situation rather than thinking about its approach. They are more expressive: emotional color of interaction, mood changes, attentiveness to opponents, compassion, empathy, ability to support, tact and caution in expressions, easier to establish social contacts. At the same time, the features of professional thinking of junior specialists of women servicemen are: developed verbal and heuristic components of thinking, developed persistence, aesthetic sensitivity, cheerfulness, desire to reach the limits of possible, more even distribution of different styles of learning, diverging ; Higher levels of perception correlation with shift time metrics and short-term memory performance higher levels of stereotypical thinking and verbal creativity.At the same time, less developed are: criticality, spatial representations, imaginative thinking and inclination to abstract thinking, efficiency of mathematical operations, general creativity.
