Abstract

The article examines the issues of formation of professional legal consciousness of employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, taking into account the specifics of penal enforcement activities. The author draws attention to the existence of a direct relationship between the level of professional consciousness of employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the state of legality in the process of implementing penal enforcement activities. Special attention is paid in the article to the issue of determining the range of subjects of legality in the penal enforcement system.
