Abstract
The article notes that public safety and order is a litmus test of the level of balance of society, the effectiveness of the law enforcement system and has a direct impact on crime. An important place in this activity is given to units of the National Police. Administrative supervision, as a preventive activity of the police in the field of public safety and order, should be carried out taking into account the functional powers, legal requirements, by influencing the level of legal awareness of the population, the behavior of each subject of public relations. the state as a whole or a separate administrative-territorial unit directly.
