Abstract
The article discusses some aspects of the formation and development of the labor potential of the territory in modern socio-economic conditions. The relevance of this article is determined by the increasing importance of labor potential in the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and its regions. The authors analyze some theoretical aspects of the formation of labor potential, the practice of implementing the state policy of its development in the subjects of the Russian Federation on the example of the Vladimir region. The analysis of the problems of implementing effective state policy in the field of labor potential formation in modern socio-economic conditions is carried out. Special attention is paid to the analysis of modern mechanisms of state regulation of the development of labor potential in the region.
