Abstract

The successful development of civil society in the Murmansk region is a deep, multilateral process, which also largely depends on the effective interaction of society and the state. It is the Public Chamber of the Murmansk Region that is becoming a consolidating center today, coordinating the interaction of public authorities and civil society institutions, ensuring the participation of citizens and public associations in solving topical issues of social and economic development of the region. 
 Interaction with civil society institutions plays an important role in the work of the Public Chamber of the Murmansk Region, where the institution of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Murmansk Region plays a key role.
