Abstract

The article presents the interaction of the Orenburg Presidential Cadet School with the military training center of the Orenburg State University in career guidance work with pupils. The features of the military training center as a subject of career guidance work and a new specialized structural unit of the university are revealed. In the context of interaction, an analysis of the possibilities for implementing the Unified Model of Vocational Guidance (Professional Minimum) of general education organizations of the Russian Federation is given. The main blocks of the program of interaction between the cadet school and the military training center of the university are presented. The direction of joint work in the field of military-professional self-determination of cadet school students is highlighted. The use of psychological and pedagogical diagnostic complexes to analyze the orientation of students towards military professional activities is considered. Prospects for the development of interaction between the Presidential Cadet School and the military training center of the university are indicated.
