Abstract
Relevance. Changing the geopolitical status of the Donetsk People's Republic by incorporating it into the Russian Federation actualizes the problem of conceptual development of methods and tools for integration and adaptation regulation in order to increase the efficiency of the all-Russian economic system in a risk-oriented environment. Target. The necessity of an integration concept for the development of the region based on adaptation and preventive measures and a shift in emphasis to continuous management of the economic risks of the region and constant regional monitoring of integration and adaptation mechanisms are substantiated. Tasks. A classification of problems has been carried out and the importance of transformation of integration and adaptation mechanisms has been substantiated, organizational and economic mechanisms for the implementation of integration processes have been developed. Methodology. The methods of contextual analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, methodology of system and design research were used in the work. Results. It is proposed to improve the regulatory and financial support of the adaptation and integration mechanism by hedging risks based on the application of the project and scenario approach and the development of online management models for the integration and adaptation of the economy of the Donetsk People's Republic. Conclusions. The results of the study can be used in the development of artificial intelligence algorithms for the formation of a national economic policy of integration and adaptation, in the development of regional economic strategies, programs, projects.
