Abstract
Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the difficulties limits and affects the quality of social work field training in Jordan in light of some social variables . the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from a sample consisted of (100 )field training course students at al Balqa applied university .The study came up with the following results :The most important difficulties limits social work field training is skills development axis , then the academic axis, followed with training guidance , And showed no differences at (µ= 0 .05) significant level in the academic axis , training guidance, organization . In addition to significant differences found along with skills development axis attributed to training axis variable , and as for the academic axis attributed to academic achievement variable .In light of the above mentioned results the study came up with some theoretical and practical recommendations
