Abstract

The article is devoted to the expeditions that took place in the German villages of the Altai Territory in 1996, 1997 and 2007. The International Union of German Culture supported expeditions. Materials were collected on the history of settlements, family history, traditional housing, ethnic cuisine and clothing, calendar holidays, rituals and customs, family relations and religion. These materials and items collected during expeditions are kept in the Museum of Archeology and Ethnography of Omsk State University named after F. M. Dostoevsky.
