Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of climate change and air pollution on the tourism demand. Chow, Lagrange Multiplier, Hausman, and Wooldridge Test were conducted to choose the optimal research model, and the FE_AR(1) model is selected as the final model. After analyzing the pooled model, the difference between indoor and outdoor tourism attractions was tested through the Likelihood Ratio Test. According to the analysis results, tourism demand for outdoor type destination is affected by both PM10 and PM2.5
