Abstract
The article analyzes the legal basis of the activities of penal enforcement inspections for the execution of punishment in the form of correctional labor in relation to juvenile convicts. The problems of an organizational and legal nature in the implementation of this type of punishment are revealed. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities of the execution of correctional labor in relation to certain categories of minors. The features of the interaction of penal enforcement inspections with other bodies and institutions of state power in the execution of this type of criminal punishment are considered.
