Abstract

The method of forming a list of construction objects influencing the considered transport infrastructure object is discussed. Criteria determining this connection between a construction object and a transport infrastructure object are identified. The principle of forming this list based on the city's transport zoning is described. The concept of the connection between constructed construction objects and transport infrastructure objects is presented. The scientific and practical significance of this work lies in creating a tool to determine which construction objects will be considered in the analysis of transport infrastructure objects, their further ranking, and determining priority measures for developing transport infrastructure. The obtained results provide the opportunity to allocate budgetary funds more efficiently, forecast and adapt for the future challenges which is related to the development of cities and their transport environment. An example of using the proposed method in Moscow is provided.
