Abstract

The article discusses the main directions of improving the forms and methods of strategic planning in the scientific and technological sphere, strengthening the role of the state in the development of this sphere of the Russian economy in the context of large-scale external sanctions pressure on high-tech sectors of the national economy. Proposals are formulated to improve the composition and structure of planning documents, the procedure for financing high-tech companies and industries.
