Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of structural changes in the Russian economy, the established practice of the functioning of the economic development model, the identification of new opportunities for the development and implementation of technologies that allow the development of competitive commercial products both in the domestic market and in the world. The features of dependent decisions under the influence of the processes taking place in connection with the sanctions against Russia are studied. Considerable attention is paid to the problems of developing financial relations under the influence of sanctions. The characteristic features of the emerging difficulties in stimulating the model of production and economic development are considered in conjunction with sanctions and the state of foreign exchange relations.
