Abstract
This review presents the Ethnolinguistic Dictionary of Bulgarian Folk Medicine, a lexicographic work which paints a comprehensive picture of the conceptual richness of the cycle health – illness – health. The Dictionary encompasses abundant lexis related to folk medicine collected from the entire Bulgarian language area, as well as language material from medieval manuscripts. It has great scientific and practical merits and is a significant contribution to Bulgarian and Slavic ethnolinguistics and lexicology.
