Abstract
The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate and develop an algorithm for the complex use of microneedle radiofrequency lifting and injectable fillers based on hyaluronic acid in patients with involutive changes in facial skin. Material and methods. 83 patients with involutive changes in facial skin were observed on an outpatient basis. Depending on the method of correction of involutive changes, the patients were divided into three groups. The control method was the Scientific Assessment Scale of Skin Quality (SASSQ). Results. It was revealed that the combined use of microneedle radiofrequency lifting and injectable fillers based on hyaluronic acid significantly reduces the severity of clinical manifestations in patients with involutive changes in the facial skin: 11 [9; 12], 10 [9; 11], 8 [8; 9] in the first, second, third groups, respectively, according to SASSQ. Conclusion. Thus, the combined use of microneedling radiofrequency lifting and injectable fillers based on hyaluronic acid can be recommended for patients with involutive skin changes in practical healthcare.
