Abstract

Some problematic issues that arise at the junctions of various branches of law in the process of interaction between state authorities and local self-government bodies of closed administrative-territorial entities (ZATO) in the Russian Federation are considered. Successfully applying the methods of dialectical logic and analysis, as well as the general theory of social and legal constructions, the author substantiates and proposes a set of practical organizational and legal measures that can improve the quality of cooperation between the municipal authorities of ZATOs and public administration bodies, as well as solve specific problematic issues arising in the process this cooperation in various fields of activity.
