Abstract
The purpose of the article is to identify the scientific contribution of the department's employees to the formation of a scientific school, the founder of which was E. A. Oleynikov. The formation of a scientific school, its main directions and their development prospects were analyzed. The conclusion is drawn that the capital of knowledge relating to spheres of investment innovative development and also to economic security of this development is organically combined with school of sciences of management, management that allows to form also comprehensive programs of training of specialists on management of optimization and changes of social and economic systems of innovative type in dynamically changing conditions modelled as VUCA- and BANI-world.
