تصّور مقترح لبرنامج تعليمّي لتنمية قدرات طلبة مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عُمان على ريادة الأعمال

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتنمية قدرات طلبة مؤسسات التعليم العالي بسلطنة عمان على ريادة الأعمال، تبنى الباحثان المنهج الوصفي من خلال بناء استبانة تکونت في صورتها النهائية من (44) عبارة مقسمة على سبعة محاور هي: التمويلي، والاقتصادي، والتسويقي، والتشريعي والتنظيمي، والإداري، الفني، والتعليمي، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة (71) من العاملين في المشاريع الصغيرة خلال معرض إبداعات عمانية: منتجات رواد الأعمال، بجانب المعارض الأخرى التي ارتادها أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، مثل معرض النحالين، ومعرض ابنة الشيخة والبالغ خلال عام 2019- 2020م. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصل الباحثان إلى أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، حيث احتلت المعوقات الاقتصادية المرتبة الأولى، والمعوقات التشريعية والتنظيمية المرتبة الثانية، والمعوقات التعليمية المرتبة الثالثة وفي ضوء استجاباتهم تم بناء تصور لبرنامج تعليمي يمکن أن يکون منطلقا لبناء قدرات الشباب على ريادة الأعمال وهم ما يزالون على مقاعد الدراسة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي. الکلمات المفتاحية: المشاريع الصغيرة – ريادة الأعمال، مؤسسات التعليم العالي، برنامج تعلمي مقترح. Abstract This study seeks to present a proposed educational program for developing he entrepreneurship capabilities of higher education institutions' students in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve this goal, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach by developing a questionnaire consisted of (44) phrases divided into seven domains: financial, economic, marketing, legislative, organizational, administrative, technical, and educational domains. The study tool was applied to a sample amounted to (71) of workers of small projects during the Innovation Exhibition: Entrepreneur products, as well as other exhibitions small entrepreneurs have visited, such as the beekeeper exhibition and the sheikha’s daughter and adult exhibition during 2019-2020. After analyzing the results, the researchers reached the most prominent obstacles facing the owners of small enterprises, as economic obstacles ranked first, legislative, and organizational obstacles ranked second, and educational obstacles ranked third. Considering results, an educational programed was constructed to be a starting point for building higher education institutions to develop the capacities of entrepreneurship among their students. key words: Small enterprises - entrepreneurship, higher education institutions, proposed educational program.
