Abstract

The article presents the results of modeling of preparation process of future teachers of junior school to personal interaction with children and their parents in a conflict situation. The modeling method was used in order to analyze and optimize the structure, functions, detecting the essential characteristics of preparation of the students to the above mentioned activity. The suggested model is viewed as a pedagogical system that reflects existing and projected new structures, functions, goals, conditions, essence, organizational forms, technologies, the integrity of realization of which guarantees the effectiveness of achieving the set results. The usage of modeling method is aimed at solving methodological, gnoseological, prognostic, projective, organizing methodological, praxiological goals of study. The structurally-functional approach allowed distinguishing the following main blocks of the model: goal, conceptual, activity processing, results evaluative. The target block means realization of a goal of professional preparation of students that is predetermined by social requirements. The conceptual basis of a model is based on heuristic resources of interdisciplinary, systemic, competent, active, and technological, task approaches and a complex of principles. The informative block suggests students learning a complex of disciplines, special course and mastering certain types of activities. The activity processing model block reflects the sequence of stages, entity of organizational pedagogical conditions, and also a complex of forms, methods and means of student preparation. Result block of a model reflects the predicted result of preparation – formed competence of future teachers to activity mentioned. The developed model makes possible prospective projecting of technology and constructing the traditional and innovational forms of preparation of future junior school teachers to solving the children-parents conflicts.
