Abstract
The research materials consider the possibility and feasibility of introducing a company specializing in premium medical care to the markets of large regional cities. A practical example will be the project of opening a regional branch of JSC “EMC” in Yekaterinburg. The vast majority of large private medical clinics providing the most expensive and high-quality medical services are focused on the markets of Moscow and St. Petersburg, although at the moment access to medical services is significantly difficult in the regions of Russia. Regional integration of private medical companies will potentially improve the standard of living of affluent residents of regional cities, expand access to medical care and bring profit.
